Website Redesign

What Do You Want in a New Website?

We are building a new City of SeaTac website! The website redesign will better serve our diverse audiences and more easily connect community members with City information and services. Give us your feedback at the bottom of this page or watch for more opportunities to take a survey so we can build a site that works for you.

Why a New Website?

The current SeaTac website is outdated with limited layout and accessibility capabilities making information hard to find. Communicating and engaging with the public is a high priority for the City Council, which is why they are using American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding from the federal government to help redesign the website. This project will make it easier for everyone to connect with the city online.

We Want to Hear From You

Our new website is being designed using Human-Centered Design, a proven approach that uses real user data to create effective websites.

We will be looking for people to give their feedback on new designs and ideas for improving the website. Please let us know if you are interested in being a part of future research activities by filling out this very brief survey.

Stay Up to Date

If you would like to hear more about the progress of the website redesign, sign up for email notifications with updates using the "Stay Informed" box on the top right side of this page.

*No purchase is necessary to enter the drawing. You must be 18 or older and must live in Washington state. SeaTac City employees are not eligible for gift cards.
